....one week later. Not my fault completely we did get a new computer but switched to a Mac. Adam and I were both a little hesitant to start using it but here I am and I'm loving every minute of it! Lucy started at a new school this year. She got into Dealey Montessori School which is a big a achievement. It is a highly competitive school and we are still so proud. So far she loves Music and Art classes. She likes her Gifted and Talented Teacher. Thinks Ms. Matere, her teacher teacher, is pretty. But I have to admit she is struggling. Just tonight she told me she doesn't feel like she has any friends yet. As we all know Lucy is super shy. Her class is made up of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders. They are all sweet and kind children at least the one I have met. But Lucy is not outgoing and it seems like the other children respect her shyness and aren't pushing her. Little do they know she needs pushing. I wish I could sit by her at school for a day and help her feel more comfortable because once she does I know she will make lots of friends like she always does. She has cried two of the six mornings and so have I. This is going to be a rough year:( It can only go up from here!
At her desk begging me to stay for just a few more minutes. NOT loving every minute of it.

Pic of Grey while we were waiting in the auditorium for the bell to ring so Lu could go to class. He really wanted me to take a picture of his baby. Its a zebra. Grey did have a gray pony since birth. He loved it and took it every where with him. Some how he or I lost it at the Salt Lake airport on our way home to Texas. It was a rough few nights before we purchased not one but two replacement zebra babies. So far so good.
