Easter 2012

We had celebrated Easter a few weeks earlier with Dad, but lucky for us the Easter Bunny still came on Easter. Grey got some Hulk fists-might have been a bad idea Easter Bunny....

You Know its Finals Time When:

It is midnight, there are a million PowerPoint handouts sprawled all around me (which I am clueless to what any of the accounting information ACTUALLY means), there is a half drunk Coke on the table, and Grey not only is NOT asleep but is DESTROYING his room, my room and the study room aka the kitchen. One day I will look back on this situation and smile.....maybe.

BACKHAND SPRING!!!!

Lucy did it last night by herself!!!!! So proud of you Lu! She has been in gymnastics for about two months-but apparently she is pretty good at it. Her coach wants her to join the competitive team. But all that really matters is that Lucy really likes it-so I really like it too.

TRAMPOLINE

Gpa put the trampoline today. I was gone from 8am to 9:30pm so when we FINALLY got home around 10pm I had to try it out. Of course the kids had to help me :)

Backpack, Backpack

Man I love my boy. Tonight he was so excited to show me what he had packed in his backpack: two yogurts, one yogurt smoothie, and a V8. All to take to Dad's house. Grey was wondering when summer would finally get here so he could go to Dad's house. I didn't have the heart to tell him his food would be spoiled by the time summer came. Fortunately, about a minute later he decided it would be okay if he ate one of the yogurts, and then another. I don't think I have to worry about it spoiling... Sweet little boy

Randoms

First: 5 children is just about the right number for the backseat of any car.

Second: I dread the day when Grey's feet are too big to fit into his pirate rain boots. He wears them rain, snow, sleet, or shine. Pure awesomeness.

Third: OF COURSE I left my child ride his bike without a helmet, in his pajamas, with rain boots, at night when he should be in his bed asleep. DUH what kind of mother do you think I am anyways?

Fourth: Cousins' Sleepover-just one of the girls!
